✘ Delivery failure due to incorrect contact/address

⏳ Return Time Limit

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Clear photos + unboxing video must be provided.


📸 What You Must Provide

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Short explanation of the problem


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be sent via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) or bank account.


🚚 Return Delivery Charges

  • If the product is wrong/damaged — Sajran will cover all charges.

  • If the issue is customer-related (e.g., size change) — the customer must pay courier charges.
